Dylan is an Assistant Valuer within the Rating and Taxation team, where he completes annual revaluations, supplementary valuations and council/land tax objections for various city councils.
Valuation and Consulting experience
Dylan has experience completing the 2019 Revaluations at Kingston, Manningham and Frankston City Councils. Dylan has residential, commercial and industrial experience across several municipalities.
Prior to joining PDV, Dylan was completing his bachelor’s degree at Deakin University.
