Jenni is a senior valuer within the firm with a broad base of experience across a variety of property classes.
Valuation and Consulting experience
Jenni qualified in 1991 as a Certified Practicing Valuer and has a built a broad range of experience over the years across a variety of property specialities.
Early in her career Jenni worked for a major accounting firm in their property division and was involved in an interesting variety of standard and more specialised valuation engagements.
This was followed by many years in the Commonwealth Bank Property Department which provided experience in providing standard residential mortgage valuations, progress inspection reports and on-completion valuations in addition to more specialised valuation services.
Before joining Patel Dore Valuers Pty Ltd Jenni worked as a contract valuer and also gained her sub-agents licence in 2007 and was involved in buying / selling residential real estate in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne which broadened her depth of knowledge in real estate processes.
Since joining Patel Dore Valuers (2009) Jenni has been involved in assignments including residential / commercial / industrial / retail valuations, family law valuations, valuations for probate / deceased estates, capital gains tax and retrospective valuations, Owners Corporation Insurance valuations, rent assessments and providing a variety of valuation services to the Valuer-General Victoria and other State Government departments.
Jenni has 30 years of experience in the property industry.
