Joe is a Valuer within the Rating and Taxation team, where he is responsible for all aspects of the annual revaluations for a number of councils within metropolitan Melbourne.
Valuation and Consulting experience
Joe joined Patel Dore’s Rating and Taxing team in 2017. Since then he has been involved with returning the 2018, 2019 & 2020 General Revaluations for Manningham, Glen Eira, Frankston and Kingston City Council’s.
Prior to joining PDV, Joe commenced his career as an assistant valuer at Westlink Consulting, undertaking supplementary valuations and objections for Moreland and Yarra City Council’s.
Joe graduated from RMIT University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Property and Valuation (Honours 1st Class) and gained his CPV accreditation in September 2019.
