Josh is an Assistant Valuer within the Rating and Taxation team, where he is responsible for all aspects of the annual revaluations for a number of councils within metropolitan Melbourne.
Valuation and Consulting experience
Josh has experience completing the 2016, 2018 and 2019 Revaluations at Kingston, Manningham, Frankston and Glen Eira City Councils. Josh has residential, commercial and industrial experience across several municipalities.
Prior to joining PDV, Josh commenced his career with K.A Reed Group undertaking supplementary valuations, handling objections and the 2016 revaluation for the Kingston City Council.
