Rod is the Director responsible for Rating and Taxation.
Valuation and Consulting experience
Rod has over 30 years’ experience in the valuation of all forms of real estate. He undertakes valuations and prepares expert reports for litigation matters in the Victorian and Civil Administrative Tribunal. Rod also undertakes valuation for rating and taxing, financial reporting, rental assessment, sale and purchase.
He commenced his career in Local Government in 1989 qualifying as a valuer in 1991. In 1995 he opened Patel Dore Valuers with Michael Dore providing valuation services to Local Government, The Valuer-General Victoria, Body Corporate managers, State Trustees and a number of financial institutions.
