Sarah is an assistant valuer and specialises in council revaluations, supplementary valuations and property objections for various city councils.
Valuation and Consulting experience
Sarah joined Patel Dore in August 2018 and has gained experience in completing the annual revaluations at Frankston and Manningham councils. Sarah has residential, commercial and industrial experience, along with experience in supplementary, public open space and asset valuations. Sarah previously worked at Frankston City Council as a senior valuation officer, preparing supplementary valuations and assisting the contract valuer. Sarah is currently studying for her bachelor of Property & Real Estate at Deakin University, expecting to graduate in November 2019.
